1. Services
Jenkins Transport Solutions provides freight dispatching services to independent owner-operators and trucking companies. Our services may include but are not limited to: Searching and locating freight loads; Negotiating freight rates with brokers; Coordinating dispatch services; Assisting with carrier paperwork and documentation; Providing communication support between carriers and brokers. Jenkins Transport Solutions acts only as a dispatch service and is not a freight broker or motor carrier.

2. Carrier Responsibility
Carriers using our services are responsible for: Maintaining active operating authority; Having valid insurance coverage; Complying with all federal, state, and local trucking regulations; Maintaining vehicle safety and driver qualifications; Honoring all agreements made with brokers or shippers. Jenkins Transport Solutions is not responsible for accidents, damages, violations, or delays related to transportation services.

3. Payment for Dispatch Services
Dispatch service fees will be agreed upon before services begin. Fees may be charged as: A percentage of the load rate, or A flat fee per load or per week. Payments must be made according to the agreement between the carrier and Jenkins Transport Solutions.

4. Independent Contractor Relationship
Carriers who use our dispatch services remain independent businesses. Nothing in these terms creates an employer–employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between Jenkins Transport Solutions and the carrier.

5. Load Availability
While Jenkins Transport Solutions works to locate suitable loads, we do not guarantee load availability, rate levels, or broker approval.

6. Limitation of Liability
Jenkins Transport Solutions will not be liable for: Broker payment issues; Load cancellations; Detention or layover disputes; Rate reductions or deductions; Damages resulting from transportation services. Carriers are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to all broker rate confirmations and load details.

7. Website Use
Users agree not to: Use the website for unlawful purposes; Attempt to interfere with website functionality; Misrepresent company or carrier information.

8. Changes to Terms
Jenkins Transport Solutions may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website.
